Business Restructuring & Reorganization Associate (New York)

An elite law firm is seeking an associate to join its market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization practice in New York. The team handles a balanced mix of creditor, debtor, and distressed acquisition work, spanning both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

The creditor-side practice is top of the capital structure, representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. The debtor-side practice features high-profile chapter 11 matters, including cross-border cases.

Candidates should have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions.
