Capital Markets Associate (Mid-Level)

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Capital Markets group, with the role open across its U.S. offices.

The successful candidate will represent underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in a broad range of securities offerings, including IPOs, follow-on public offerings, and private placements.

Experience representing public companies in periodic reporting and other ongoing Securities Exchange Act compliance work is a plus, though not required.

• 3–5 years of capital markets/securities experience
• Experience representing underwriters, issuers, and/or placement agents in IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements
• Securities Exchange Act ('34 Act) experience preferred but not required
• Active membership in the bar of the state in which the candidate sits
