Capital Markets Associate — New York

Leading international law firm in New York seeks a Capital Markets associate to handle a full range of equity and debt securities work with a strong cross‑border component. The role covers both ECM and DCM transactions for issuer, investor and underwriter clients, and includes public and private offerings.

Strong experience with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance is required. The successful candidate will be expected to take a lead role in managing transaction execution, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and work collaboratively across deal teams.

• 4–6 years' capital markets experience at a large or mid‑sized law firm
• Transactional experience across public and private equity and debt offerings (ECM and DCM) with cross‑border work
• Experience with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance
