Established corporate practice seeking a mid-level capital markets associate to join its San Francisco office. The role focuses on public securities work, including IPOs and other equity and equity-linked offerings, and ongoing public-company representation.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with issuers and/or underwriters, advising on SEC and exchange reporting and corporate governance, and managing client relationships for sophisticated, fast-moving matters. The team serves clients across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

3–7 years of securities/capital markets experience at a national or international law firm
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters on public offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions
Knowledge of SEC and exchange reporting, public-company governance and compliance
Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle high-volume, deadline-driven workflows
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
