A leading global law firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its dynamic and growing securities practice, supporting a national capital markets and public company advisory team. The role involves day-to-day work with public companies on reporting, compliance, and governance matters.

The practice focuses on life science, technology, and digital asset verticals, serving innovative issuer and underwriter clients. The associate will handle public company reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions.

This position may be based in the firm's New York or New Jersey offices, with hybrid in-office and remote flexibility.

Minimum of 3 years of capital markets experience
JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant state
Experience with large-cap and mid-cap public companies, including periodic reporting, proxy statements, and Section 13 and Section 16 filings
Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Nasdaq and NYSE listing and governance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong business judgment
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
