Seeking a mid-level corporate and securities associate to join the Washington, DC office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on public company advisory work, corporate governance and capital markets financings within a national securities practice.

The team advises public company clients across a wide range of industries and offers exposure to sophisticated securities matters alongside nationally recognized practitioners. The role requires strong technical knowledge of U.S. securities laws and proven law firm experience.

2-3 years of corporate and securities law experience (law firm background preferred)
Experience on public company matters, corporate governance and capital markets transactions
Strong technical knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work on deal teams
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. bar
Resume/CV required; law school transcript and cover letter encouraged
