Capital Markets & Securities Associate — New York

We are seeking a New York-based associate to join an established capital markets and securities group. The role focuses on advising public companies and issuers on capital markets transactions and ongoing securities compliance.

The position involves work on public and private equity and debt offerings, Exchange Act reporting and stock exchange compliance, and routine corporate governance and disclosure matters. The team advises a range of issuers and issuers' governance bodies on regulatory and transactional issues.

All candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar. The hiring team welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• 4–6 years' PQE in capital markets and securities at a large law firm
• Experience with public and private debt and equity offerings
• Practical knowledge of Exchange Act reporting, SEC and stock exchange compliance, and public company disclosure
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Strong drafting, transactional and client-facing skills
