A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid-level to senior associates to support sophisticated transactional work across the energy and infrastructure sectors. The practice is highly collaborative and works seamlessly across offices nationwide.

The role focuses on complex project development and financing transactions, including tax equity and project finance structures, construction and EPC contracts, and offtake agreements. Candidates will work with a nationally recognized team on high-value mandates for clients across the projects and infrastructure space.

The successful candidate will bring strong academic credentials and sophisticated transactional experience from a leading law firm, with demonstrated focus in one or more of the core areas above. This is an opportunity to join a growing platform with genuine responsibility and client exposure.

3–6 years of relevant projects and infrastructure transactional experience
Strong academic credentials from a leading law school
Sophisticated law firm experience, with particular focus on tax equity and project finance, and/or project development (construction and EPC contracts) and offtake agreements
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple offices and teams
