Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate, Los Angeles

We are seeking mid-level associates to join a leading litigation practice in the Los Angeles office. This role focuses on complex commercial disputes and offers the chance to take on significant responsibility while working closely with partners and clients on high-stakes matters.

The associate will handle all phases of litigation, including managing written and document discovery, drafting pleadings, conducting legal research to support case strategy, and participating in depositions and case management. The position requires direct collaboration with partners and clients on sophisticated matters.

• Four to six years of post-law school experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case management
• Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Admission to the California Bar
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus but not required
