A leading US law firm's Commercial Litigation Group is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with two to six years of experience to join its Denver office.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and be ready to assume significant responsibility in managing complex commercial litigation matters.

Responsibilities include supporting all phases of commercial litigation, with a focus on complex disputes, as well as participating in client development initiatives, including pitches, presentations, and other business development activities.

Two to six years of commercial litigation experience
Outstanding academic credentials
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Sound judgment and readiness to assume significant responsibility
Prior law firm experience preferred
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to and in good standing with the Colorado bar
Law school transcript and writing sample required with submission
