A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation attorney to join its Denver office. The role involves handling a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, mechanic's lien claims, bond claims, and business torts.

The successful candidate will independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial and arbitration. This position offers the opportunity to take a lead role in all phases of litigation, from strategy development through dispositive motion practice, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.

6–10 years of progressive commercial litigation experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active license to practice law in Colorado
Demonstrated experience independently managing complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience
Second-chair trial or arbitration experience required
Experience developing and executing litigation strategies in state and federal court, including complex multi-party actions
Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive legal documents
Experience taking and defending depositions of parties, fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses
Ability to mentor and supervise junior associates and legal staff
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Judicial clerkship experience preferred but not required
Law firm experience preferred
