Commercial Litigation Associate — San Francisco

Growing national law firm is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its San Francisco litigation team. The group handles complex commercial, consumer class action, e‑commerce and product‑liability matters in state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels.

The role will involve drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery, managing motion practice, and supporting trial preparation. The team emphasizes high‑quality writing, attention to detail, and collaborative case management across offices.

• 4–6 years of litigation experience, with preference for commercial, consumer class action, e‑commerce, or product liability matters
• Active California bar license required
• Strong legal research and writing skills; attention to detail
