Established national litigation practice is seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join its San Francisco office. The role offers significant responsibility on complex business disputes, including trade secrets and class action matters, and will involve working across teams on high-stakes litigation.

Successful candidates will be expected to handle all phases of discovery, take and defend depositions, supervise junior associates, draft substantive litigation filings, and contribute to client-facing work such as pitches and presentations. Prior law firm litigation experience is preferred.

At least 3 years of commercial litigation experience
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to the relevant state bar
Proven research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience taking/defending depositions
Experience managing discovery and supervising junior associates
Comfort participating in business development and client-facing activities
