Compensation & Benefits Associate — ERISA & Employee Benefits (Any US Office)

Highly regarded national compensation & benefits group is seeking a US-qualified associate with a focus on ERISA, tax-qualified retirement plans, and health & welfare plans. The role supports public company and high-growth private clients on plan design, compliance, and transactional and regulatory matters.

The team provides integrated, client-facing counsel and works closely with deal, tax and employment colleagues. Ideal candidates are self-starting, enjoy collaborative client teams, and will participate in both advisory matters and transactional workstreams.

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in employee benefits/ERISA work, with demonstrable experience on tax-qualified retirement plans and health & welfare plans
• Active membership in the bar of the state where the attorney will be based
• Strong oral and written communication, legal research, logical reasoning, and organizational skills
• Experience advising public companies and growth-stage businesses preferred
