Leading US offices are seeking a Compensation & Benefits managing or senior associate to join a national practice advising employers, public companies and high‑growth businesses on employee benefits matters. The role focuses on tax‑qualified retirement plans and health & welfare plans and involves close collaboration with cross‑functional client teams.

The team provides practical, technically strong counsel and values collegial training, mentoring and career development. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of advisory matters across multiple industries within a busy, nationally integrated practice.

J.D. and membership in the bar of the state where the attorney will be based (required).
At least 5 years of post‑qualification experience focused on tax‑qualified retirement plans and health & welfare benefit plans.
Strong drafting, oral communication, legal research, analytical and organizational skills.
Experience advising employers or plan sponsors preferred; other compensation & benefits experience is a plus.
