Mid-level associate opportunity in a national complex litigation team at a leading international law firm. The group handles high-stakes commercial disputes from filing through trial across a range of industries, including technology, financial services, life sciences and energy.

The role offers substantial courtroom and case-management responsibility: taking and defending depositions, courtroom appearances, involvement in mediations and arbitrations, and hands-on trial work. The team works on trade secret, product liability, financial and other commercial litigation matters and maintains an active, fast-paced docket.

The firm supports formal training, mentoring and cross-office collaboration and is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices.

• 3–6 years' post-qualification litigation experience in complex commercial matters
• Experience with commercial litigation, trade secrets, product liability or related disputes
• Proven courtroom experience or demonstrable trial preparation skills (depositions, motions practice, hearings)
• Excellent legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; strong academic credentials
• Admission or eligibility for admission to the State Bar in the desired office is strongly preferred
