Seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join a global firm's Legal Risk Management team in Chicago. The role focuses on clearing conflicts of interest for client matters, coordinating searches across offices, and advising on engagement letters, waivers and outside counsel guidelines.

The successful candidate will work closely with Conflicts and New Business Intake teams, communicate with lawyers across jurisdictions, and stay current on professional responsibility and conflicts best practices. The position includes responsibility for discrete projects and continuous workflow in a hybrid working arrangement.

U.S. law degree and active state bar license in good standing
5+ years of experience in conflicts, professional responsibility or legal risk management
Familiarity with rules of professional responsibility and conflicts clearance processes
Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and analytical rigor
Ability to manage high volumes of information, work with new software systems and handle multiple assignments independently
