Seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join a national conflicts team supporting multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on identifying and resolving ethical conflicts for new business and lateral matters, ensuring the firm meets professional responsibility obligations.

The Conflicts Attorney will prepare and analyze conflicts search reports, work with Conflicts Counsel and firm attorneys to resolve issues, draft waivers and ethical screen memoranda, and set up/manage ethical walls in conflicts software. The position involves process improvements, database cleanup, training, and occasional travel between U.S. offices.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required.
  • 2+ years' experience in a law-firm conflicts department at a mid‑ to large‑sized firm.
  • Strong knowledge of professional responsibility and legal ethics rules related to conflicts.
  • Experience with conflicts database/software; Intapp experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage high volumes, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with attorneys and staff.
  • Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and able to work outside normal business hours as needed.
