A full-service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its Conflicts Department within the Office of General Counsel. This role involves reviewing and analyzing conflicts check reports for new firm matters, lateral attorney hires, and legal support staff hires, and working closely with firm attorneys and staff to identify, resolve, and clear conflicts of interest.

The role is supported by Aderant Expert software and carries no billable hour requirement. It is a hybrid position, with fully remote opportunities available. Juris Doctor (JD) and active, good-standing membership with any state bar
At least three (3) years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm environment
Preferred: at least one (1) year of cumulative experience conducting lateral hire conflicts checks
Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
High attention to detail, self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to perform efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience with Aderant Expert preferred but not required
