Join a global law firm’s New Business & Enterprise Risk team as a Conflicts Solicitor supporting the management of conflicts of interest and information barriers across the firm. This is an alternative legal-career role that uses core legal skills in a strategic, commercial compliance environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on complex conflicts matters, liaising with partners and practice leads on potential engagement risks, and reviewing conflict provisions in engagement letters, policies and client arrangements. Admitted solicitor in Australia or another common law jurisdiction
Minimum 2 years' post-admission legal experience
Experience or strong interest in conflicts, compliance, sanctions and AML matters
Excellent research, analytical and communication skills; commercial awareness and ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working outside of traditional private practice and curious about technology/AI in legal services
