Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience and be driven team players with strong litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. You should have a solid academic background, proven research abilities, and the capacity to handle assignments with minimal supervision. The position involves complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil matters. Trial experience is preferred.
