Growing national law practice seeks a construction litigation attorney to join its Spokane office. The role focuses on construction defense and related civil litigation matters, with opportunities for hearings, depositions and trials.

Licensed to practice in Washington state
Approximately 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably with construction-defense matters
Strong litigation skills including research, drafting, advocacy and courtroom experience (trial experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasive speaking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
