Apply in confidence →Well-regarded US law firm is seeking a mid-level construction litigation associate to join its construction practice. The role is open in California (San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles) and will handle both contentious and transactional construction matters.
Work will focus on counseling and dispute resolution across the full lifecycle of construction projects, including delay and disruption claims, payment and lien disputes, bond and stop-notice matters, breach of contract litigation, and drafting/negotiating construction contracts and change orders. The team serves owner, contractor, and design professional clients across complex commercial matters.
- 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent litigation experience
- Experience litigating construction disputes (delay/disruption, payment/lien/bond/stop-notice, breach of contract)
- Experience preparing and negotiating construction contracts and change orders preferred
- California bar membership required; excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
