Our firm, a national law firm with offices across all 50 states, is seeking experienced construction litigation attorneys to join our Hartford team. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including fully remote and hybrid options.

We are looking for driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Candidates should have a strong academic background, proven research abilities, and the capacity to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Licensed and admitted to practice in Connecticut
At least 3 years of construction litigation experience
Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Proven research skills and ability to work independently
Experience with motions, depositions, and written discovery
