Seeking a construction litigation associate to join a national Am Law 100 firm’s Hartford litigation team. The role offers flexible working arrangements, including fully remote and hybrid options, and involves handling construction and commercial disputes across all phases of litigation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, managing written discovery, legal research and drafting, and handling courtroom appearances as needed. Trial experience is a plus; attorneys will work collaboratively on matters with opportunities for client-facing work.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in Connecticut and able to work with a fast-paced litigation group focused on practical, client-centered solutions.

Minimum 3 years construction litigation experience
Admission to practice in Connecticut
Proven litigation skills: motions practice, depositions, discovery management
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Self-starter and effective team player; able to manage assignments with limited supervision
Trial experience preferred but not required
