Construction Litigation Attorney — Hartford

Growing, national law firm is seeking construction litigation attorneys to join its Hartford litigation team. The role offers a mix of local matter responsibility and collaboration with a broad national practice, with flexible remote and hybrid arrangements available.

Candidates will handle discovery, motions practice, depositions, and courtroom appearances as needed. The group provides mentorship and professional-development support in a collegial environment and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

• Minimum 3 years' construction litigation experience (PQE)
• Licensed to practice in Connecticut
• Proven experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery
• Strong litigation writing, oral advocacy, legal research skills, and ability to manage assignments with limited supervision
• Trial experience preferred but not required
