Consumer Financial Services Litigation Staff Attorney

Mid-level, non-partnership track litigation role supporting a busy consumer financial services practice. Position is open in either Los Angeles or San Francisco and involves handling mortgage- and consumer-credit-related litigation across federal and state courts.

Typical matters include defense and counseling work under consumer protection statutes and related state UDAP laws. The team seeks an attorney able to manage discovery, draft motions and briefs, and contribute to client-facing litigation strategy in a fast-paced practice.

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification litigation experience, with primary experience in consumer finance or mortgage litigation
• Experience with TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, ECOA and state unfair/deceptive practices claims preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills; experience managing discovery, motions, and pleadings
• Active California bar membership required
