Corporate Associate - Emerging Companies & Venture Capital

An Am Law 200 firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its emerging companies and venture capital practice. This is a multi-office role open across several of the firm's U.S. locations.

The position centers on representing founders, startups, and investors through the full company lifecycle — formation, early and growth-stage financings, venture capital transactions, and related corporate matters. The associate will work directly with entrepreneurial clients and investors in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

This is an opportunity to build a strong transactional skill set within a collaborative, nationally recognized corporate group.

• Experience in corporate transactional work, ideally with exposure to venture capital financings, emerging company representation, or startup matters
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced deal environment
• Admission to a U.S. state bar
