Corporate Associate – M&A / Energy & Infrastructure (New York)

We are seeking a corporate associate with 4–7 years of experience to join a leading energy and infrastructure M&A practice in New York.

The role focuses on private equity M&A and strategic transactions in the energy, power, renewables, and infrastructure sectors. You will advise sponsors, project developers, funds, utilities, and infrastructure owners/operators on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.

Ideal for an associate who enjoys sophisticated, cross-disciplinary work that combines corporate M&A and project finance, with the opportunity to lead and support execution from bid process through closing across sectors.

• 4–7 years of experience in private equity M&A
• Specific experience representing energy and infrastructure private equity sponsors
• Track record advising on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic transactions
• Familiarity with project-financing related transactions and bid-process-to-closing execution
