We are recruiting an Associate to join our Corporate M&A team in Luxembourg, working on domestic and cross-border transactions for asset managers, investment firms, private equity sponsors, alternative investment funds, financial institutions and industrial clients.

You will gain exposure to leading international clients and complex multi-jurisdictional matters, collaborating with colleagues across our global network. Working across the full corporate lifecycle, you will support corporate governance, private and public M&A, joint ventures, group restructurings and management incentive plans.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualified Luxembourg lawyer (CCDL), or admitted/eligible for admission to a European bar
1–3 years’ PQE in Corporate M&A gained in a Luxembourg law firm
Strong academic background; an LL.M. or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in French or German strongly preferred
Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced transactional environment
Client-focused, collaborative and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Commercially minded, with sound judgement and strong attention to detail
An innovative mindset and an interest in AI and emerging technologies
