Corporate Associate — Washington, D.C.

A Washington, D.C.-based law firm is seeking two mid-level corporate associates with 2–5 years of relevant transactional experience. Associates will work on a mix of matters across private equity, venture capital, M&A, IPOs and other securities and public finance matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The role requires strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to manage deal work and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced practice. The firm offers a competitive salary range and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 2–5 years PQE / relevant corporate transactional experience
• Experience in one or more of: private equity, venture capital, M&A, IPOs/securities, or public finance
