The partner will work across mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, and corporate governance, serving as a trusted advisor to clients operating between Korea and international markets. The role involves significant business development and client relationship management within the Korean corporate community.

• Significant experience in corporate law, including M&A, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance
• Admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
• Korean language proficiency and deep understanding of the Korean market
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
