Leading corporate group in New York is seeking a lateral partner to join a busy transactional practice. The role focuses on M&A and related corporate work across a range of industries, advising on buy- and sell-side transactions and complex corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join a full-service team handling cross-border and domestic deals, collaborating with finance, tax and industry specialists. This is an opportunity to grow an existing practice within an established platform and work on high-value, strategic transactions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience handling M&A and corporate transactional matters at partner level
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills
