Corporate/Securities Associate (4-7 Years)

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a talented associate to join its Corporate practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in capital markets and securities work, including public securities offerings and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting obligations.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

• 4-7 years of experience in capital markets/securities, with a focus on securities offerings and '34 Act reporting.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to become admitted promptly).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
