Corporate/Securities Associate — New York

An established corporate practice in New York is seeking a mid-level associate to join its capital markets and securities team. The role centers on securities offerings and ongoing public-company reporting obligations, offering substantive, deal-driven work within a collaborative group.

The successful candidate will advise issuers and other market participants on a range of transactional and compliance matters, working closely with senior lawyers on complex engagements. This is a hands-on position suited to an associate looking to deepen capital markets expertise in a fast-paced environment.

• 4–7 years of experience in capital markets and securities
• Experience with securities offerings
• Familiarity with '34 Act reporting obligations
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Admitted to practice in New York
