Well-established international law firm seeks a mid-level corporate and securities associate for its Phoenix office. The role focuses on M&A, securities matters (including SEC reporting), public and private financings, corporate governance, and related transactional work.

The team works on a mix of public and private transactions for corporate clients across industries. The firm is looking for a motivated associate with strong academic credentials and prior large-firm experience who can contribute to client matters and collaborate across practices.

2–6 years of corporate and securities experience, including M&A and public/private financings
Familiarity with SEC reporting and securities law compliance
Experience with corporate governance and transactional documentation
Prior experience at a large law firm preferred
Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Arizona Bar
Strong academic background and excellent drafting and communication skills
