We are seeking a high-performing and commercially focused Associate to join our Corporate Tax team in Manchester. You will work on complex, cross-border transactions while focusing on sectors that interest you, with strong investment in training and legal tech to support your development.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising on real estate, M&A, private equity, joint ventures and investments
Providing efficient professional support to senior lawyers
Developing strong client relationships and delivering business advisory services
Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
Managing and supervising work of trainees and other team members

About you:

Excellent drafting skills and the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice
Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
Appropriate post-qualification experience in a UK-based team (maximum 4 years PQE)
