Corporate Trust Associate — Finance & Banking — New York

A mid-level associate role in a major New York finance practice focused on corporate trust and agency work. The team advises corporate trust companies and banking departments acting as indenture trustees or agents across a broad range of capital markets and structured finance transactions.

Preferred candidates will have experience on transactions such as corporate debt, project finance, structured finance, loan facilities, secured and asset-backed lending, custodial arrangements and various agency appointments. This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and a competitive benefits package. Compensation range listed: $260,000 to $420,000.

• Minimum of 3 years of substantive experience advising corporate trust companies or bank trust/agency departments.
• Experience on capital markets and structured finance matters (e.g., corporate debt, project finance, structured finance, loan facilities, secured and asset‑backed lending, custodial arrangements).
• Strong transactional drafting, attention to detail, and client-facing communication skills.
