Senior counsel role on a national settlement team handling complex product liability, mass tort and toxic tort matters. The attorney will lead and manage settlement programs from negotiation through claims resolution and program close-out, working closely with firm partners and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating large-scale settlements, drafting and implementing settlement documents and governance, overseeing claims administration and data analysis, resolving lien and claimant disputes, and managing cross-functional teams involved in claim intake and review.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership or eligibility to waive in
Minimum 8 years of substantive legal experience, with significant mass tort/product liability experience (drug, medical device and/or consumer products); at least 3 years of litigation practice at a law firm
Demonstrated claims resolution experience and familiarity with settlement administration, allocation methodologies, and lien resolution
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating settlement documents and settlement fund governance
Strong project management, data-analysis, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; comfort managing paralegals and attorney review teams
Familiarity with matter-management and claims-administration platforms (e.g., Case Manager Pro) and AI-enabled claim-review tools preferred
