Senior counsel role to join a national settlement and mass torts practice. The attorney will lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and consumer/mass-tort settlement programs from negotiation through claims resolution and program close-out.

Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating settlements, drafting and finalizing settlement documentation, overseeing claims administration and data analysis, resolving lien and claimant disputes, and supervising teams handling claims review and quality assurance. The position is open to candidates at any office location within the firm's U.S. network.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing or eligibility to waive in.
Minimum 8 years of substantive legal experience; at least 3 years of litigation practice at a law firm.
Significant experience with mass torts/product liability settlements, including large-scale claims resolution and settlement implementation.
Experience with claims administration, settlement allocation, lien resolution, and program governance.
Comfort with claims/ case management platforms and data analysis; familiarity with AI-enabled claim-review tools preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder-communication skills; ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
