Counsel — Settlement (Product Liability & Mass Torts)

Senior counsel role on a national settlement and claims-administration team working on complex product liability, toxic tort and mass-tort matters. The attorney will lead settlement negotiations, design eligibility and allocation frameworks, and manage end-to-end claims administration through program close-out.

The role requires hands-on management of multi-disciplinary teams, direct engagement with plaintiffs' counsel on drafting and dispute resolution, oversight of data and reporting obligations, and ensuring governance and compliance of settlement funds and processes.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership or eligibility to waive in
• Minimum of 8 years of significant, substantive experience with mass torts/product-liability matters, including at least three years of firm-based litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and implementing large-scale settlements and claims-resolution programs (pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer products preferred)
• Experience managing claims administration, allocation methodologies, lien resolution, and related reporting/compliance
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for settlement agreements and related documents
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple work streams, perform data analysis across claims, and oversee quality assurance
• Familiarity with matter/claims management systems and AI-enabled claim-review platforms preferred
