Seeking an experienced counsel to join a national firm's settlement team supporting product liability, mass tort and toxic tort matters. This role will lead and manage complex settlement programs from negotiation through claims resolution and program closeout.

The position requires hands-on work drafting and negotiating settlement documents, developing eligibility and allocation frameworks, overseeing claims administration, and supervising teams of attorneys and paralegals. The role interacts regularly with opposing counsel and claims administrators and requires strong project-management and data-analysis skills.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing or eligibility to waive in.
Minimum of 8 years of substantive legal experience with a focus on mass torts/product liability; at least 3 years of litigation experience in private practice.
Proven experience negotiating and implementing large-scale settlements and handling claims resolution (pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer product matters preferred).
Experience drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, and familiarity with claims administration platforms and matter management systems.
Strong project management, data-analysis, communication and team leadership skills.
