Senior counsel opportunity on a national product-liability and mass tort settlement team. The role leads settlement strategy and execution across large-scale matters, managing negotiations, claims administration, allocation methodologies, lien resolution, and governance of settlement funds.

The position serves as the primary legal and operations lead on settlements from negotiation through program closure, working with internal teams and opposing counsel, directing review teams, overseeing data and reporting, and ensuring compliance with settlement terms and regulatory obligations.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership or eligibility to waive in
Minimum 8 years of substantive legal experience, including significant mass tort/product-liability work and at least three years of firm litigation experience
Proven experience negotiating and implementing large-scale settlements and drafting settlement documents
Experience with claims administration, allocation methodology, lien resolution, and claims review processes
Strong project management, data-analysis, and team leadership skills; familiarity with matter-management and claims platforms preferred
