Apply in confidence →

A leading international law firm is seeking two supervisors to join a growing data review team within its litigation costs practice. The team handles a high volume of instructions each month across a wide range of work types, from low-value injury claims to complex multi-million-pound international commercial litigation, providing costs expertise on demand across the business.

Alongside costs litigation services, the team delivers data review and e-disclosure support through specialist manual review lawyer teams. These teams routinely undertake high-volume, fast-paced document analysis across diverse origins, including cyber incidents, multi-party litigation and sensitive dense disclosure exercises, producing work that is consistent, well-documented and defensible for litigation, regulatory disclosures, DSAR responses and incident-response contexts.

These full-time positions are ideal for a lawyer or experienced paralegal with manual data review experience who wants to develop supervisory and service-delivery skills within a growth area, managing up to five direct reports and contributing to quality control and reporting.

  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal
  • Law degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience of data review, document review or disclosure projects is essential
  • Knowledge of using eDiscovery platforms
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Commercially minded approach to legal issues
  • Able to work under pressure and meet required deadlines
  • Alignment with the firm's cultural principles
