Solicitor - Major Injury (remote working option)

Join one of the UK's largest and most nationally recognised Major Injury & Casualty teams. We act for many well-known Tier 1 insurers on complex, catastrophic, and large loss claims.

We are looking for a Solicitor to own a caseload of Multi Track RTA cases (typically sub-£100k in value). While the team is based in Birmingham, we offer flexibility on location, including remote working.

Key responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of defendant major injury claims, mainly RTA and personal injury.
• Drafting pleadings and reports, attending court hearings, meeting deadlines, investigating liability, gathering evidence, instructing experts, and assessing medical causation issues.
• Prioritising workloads to maximise efficiency while adhering to court directions and client service level agreements.
• Building strong internal and external relationships to support business development and client understanding.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' PQE in litigation Multi Track cases.
• Technical experience in RTA, motor, or personal injury.
• Ideally experience handling high value defendant files, either independently or supporting senior team members.
• Comfortable working in a commercial environment with defendant experience.
