Role Summary: Our client, a leading law firm, seeks a talented Debt Finance Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join its Debt Finance practice. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a variety of debt financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on secured lending transactions, leveraging a working knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, including Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
• Manage transaction closings and draft key documents and issues lists.
• Support acquisition financing, including commitment letters, and debt securities offerings (including high yield and convertible notes).
• Collaborate on multiple diverse projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong attention to detail and effective time management.

Qualifications:

• JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school with demonstrated high academic achievement.
• 1–3 years of experience in debt financing transactions within a large law firm environment.
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors is required.
• Familiarity with general corporate law is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

We are an equal opportunity employer. The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000–$260,000, with final offers dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset. • 1–3 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions.
