Apply in confidence →We are seeking a junior attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Debt Finance practice. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a wide range of debt financing transactions.
- Work on secured lending transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit documents and issues lists.
- Handle closings and coordinate multi-party transactions.
- Support acquisition financings, including commitment letters, and debt securities offerings (high yield or convertible notes).
- Apply knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and general corporate law to complex matters.
Candidates must have a JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school, strong academic record, and experience at a large law firm. The role requires the ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously and a high level of attention to detail.

- 1–3 years of experience in debt financing transactions (lender, borrower, or private equity sponsor side)
- Working knowledge of secured lending transactions

- Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing, and debt securities offerings preferred
- JD or equivalent with high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
- Training and development from a large law firm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
