We are seeking a junior attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Debt Finance practice. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a wide range of debt financing transactions.

Work on secured lending transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit documents and issues lists.
Handle closings and coordinate multi-party transactions.
Support acquisition financings, including commitment letters, and debt securities offerings (high yield or convertible notes).
Apply knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and general corporate law to complex matters.

Candidates must have a JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school, strong academic record, and experience at a large law firm. The role requires the ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously and a high level of attention to detail.

Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
