Top-tier law firm is seeking a Debt Finance attorney to join its Los Angeles finance team. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters, with regular involvement in secured lending and acquisition financing transactions.

The position offers exposure to deal execution and document drafting, including closing-level work and issues-list preparation, within a collaborative, training-focused environment. The firm provides a comprehensive benefits package and support for parental and family-care needs.

1–5 years' transactional experience in debt finance, lending or related practice
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors on secured financings and acquisition financings
Practical closing experience and familiarity with drafting deal documents and issues lists; knowledge of UCC Article 9 preferred
JD (or equivalent) with strong academic record and prior training at a large law firm; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
