We are seeking junior debt finance attorneys with one to three years of experience to join a dynamic Finance & Banking practice. This is an opportunity to represent lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a broad range of debt financing transactions across multiple offices.

The role involves meaningful responsibility in secured lending transactions, from closing mechanics to drafting documents and issues lists. You will work on diverse, simultaneous projects in a collegial environment that values strong training and professional development.

This position is open across multiple office locations in the United States.

1–3 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
Experience in closing transactions and familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists
Preferred: knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), and debt securities offerings (including high yield and/or convertible notes)
JD or equivalent and demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Training and development experience at a large law firm
Ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
