The successful candidate will handle a broad litigation caseload, including proposing litigation strategy; communicating with clients and opposing counsel; drafting reports, pleadings, discovery and motions; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions; and participating in mediations and trials.

5–10 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong litigation background, including drafting reports, pleadings, discovery and motions; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions; and participating in mediations and trials
Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the Florida courts
Experience in one or more of the following: premises liability, motor vehicle, negligence including UM and UIM claims, negligent security, professional liability, wrongful death claims, subrogation, property damage and products liability
Excellent research, writing and communication skills
Admitted and in good standing in Florida; additional state admissions a plus
1920-hour requirement
