Our Global Insurance Department is seeking an attorney with 3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage and defense to join our Miami or Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will have a background litigating personal injury and liability disputes, handling insurance coverage matters, and working on a broad range of insurance-related claims.

Take and defend depositions
Attend court conferences and hearings
Draft coverage opinions
Draft and argue motions

We are looking for candidates with strong legal research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Deposition and trial experience is preferred but not essential. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.

3–5 years of insurance coverage and defense experience
Experience litigating personal injury and liability disputes
Experience taking depositions, attending court conferences and hearings, drafting coverage opinions, and drafting and arguing motions
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent academic credentials
Admission to the Florida Bar
Deposition and trial experience preferred
