We are seeking a derivatives and structured products associate to join a busy, internationally integrated debt capital markets and structured finance practice in London.

The role involves advising clients on the establishment and updating of on- and off-balance sheet structured products programmes; securitised and OTC derivatives; hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions; structured repo and securities lending arrangements; repackagings; and related regulatory advice.

This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative, global team on complex cross-border matters, with support for flexible and hybrid working patterns. The successful candidate will receive excellent training and development in a supportive environment.

One to three years post-qualification experience (or equivalent)
Experience gained within a top-tier firm
Strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills
Outstanding technical skills and a good working knowledge of relevant legal principles
Motivated, reliable, and able to perform effectively under pressure
Strong project management, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
