The group covers commercial disputes, asset recovery, enforcement, shareholder and board disputes, insolvency, fraud, regulatory matters and arbitration.

The role involves managing all phases of litigation and arbitration, advising clients on reputation- and crisis-management, conducting internal and regulatory investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and appearing in court and depositions. There is also an expectation to contribute to the team’s profile through writing and business development activities.

J.D. (required) and strong academic credentials
4–6 years' litigation or white‑collar experience at a law firm
Active membership in the California Bar in good standing
Proven experience with depositions, court proceedings, and complex civil disputes
Excellent drafting, research, negotiation and client‑advising skills; experience with internal or regulatory investigations preferred
