An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join the Disputes (Investigations) team of a leading international law firm in Dubai, on a full-time permanent basis, with a focus on investigations work.

The disputes practice handles high-stakes, complex and business-critical matters that are frequently cross-border, advising states, public bodies, and financial and corporate clients. Its work spans infrastructure and construction disputes, commercial arbitration, offshore court litigation, investigations and advisory matters.

The team supports clients through every stage of a dispute — from assessing position and formulating strategy through discovery, negotiation, court proceedings and, where advantageous, settlement. It is trial-ready and trial-tested, with a priority on resolving disputes quickly and effectively.

Common Law qualified lawyer with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
Senior-level experience running internal, compliance or regulatory investigations
High-level drafting and analytical skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills, comfortable interfacing at all levels
Commercially astute, with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions
Collaborative self-starter with intellectual curiosity and sound judgment
Prior experience operating at associate level within a complex international organisation
